Covid Risk Mitigation Protocol

  • During registration, all ZEB Conference attendees must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or provide a negative COVID-19 test result obtained less than 72 hours prior.

  • ZEB Conference will provide on-site rapid testing for a small fee.

  • ZEB Conference indoor sessions will be held in rooms well below the listed capacity allowing for social distancing.  Our networking happy hour and bus EXPO is outside. Hilton staff at Conference will wear masks.

  • We are in daily contact with our host Hilton hotel and continue to track the Denver city guidance. Mayor Hancock is only pressing on getting vaccinated and only requires masks for schools and public transit. View Denver’s COVID Public Ordinance. Denver’s vaccination rate is over 74% and our host venue has deemed the event safe
